I am naked, not in body (thank goodness; at my advanced age, it isn’t pretty), but in soul. I am free. I am clear.

L. Cohen wrote: “I am good at love, I am good at hate, it's in between I freeze.” In creating Cloudy Thoughts, I used sundown as a metaphor. Like Love and Hate, it is the doorway between those two emotions.

This confession, this unfolding, this testimony follows naturally my sundown reflections. The passage way between two worlds mirrors my vulnerability, and my invulnerability. Perhaps it is my way of asking forgiveness for any heartless acts and mindless follie.
